OTC has over 30 founding partners. The partnerships have been executed in the form
of Memoranda of understanding (MOU),
which link OTC with ODOT, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA), and various industry
associations and firms. These partners help direct the center through membership
on the OTC Industry Advisory Board.
